(dailynews.com) Three armed robbery suspects led police on a chase tonight through the San Fernando Valley and into Santa Clarita, where two were quickly taken into custody and the third was arrested about two hours later.

Officers were searching for the third suspect at an apartment complex in the area of Via Canon and Valle del Oro near Newhall Avenue, where the 10-minute chase ended about 8 p.m., according to Los Angeles police Officer Sal Ramirez.

The chase began in the 8000 block of Foothill Boulevard in Sunland, Ramirez said.

One of the robberies took place at a cellphone store, he said.

The outstanding suspect was taken into custody around 10 p.m., police said.
