There is no doubt about it – Stevenson Ranch, Westridge, Southern Oaks and
Sunset Point are among the best places to live in all of Southern California! That is saying a lot when you consider places like Malibu, San Diego, Santa Barbara or even Big Bear are all viable choices for many of us. But whether it is because of the great schools, great weather, great people or incredible proximity to (seemingly) everything – we all choose to live here and are pretty lucky to call this are home. Having said that, I am a little disturbed by a recent event that happened to a client of mine last weekend. While attending an Open House my client had expressed doubts to the hosting agent about the million dollar plus price tag on a home.
