In the event you heading out to the beach for pleasure or business on Thursday, January 31, 2008, Malibu Waterworks will be closing the Eastbound (South) #2 lane of Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) at 23900 PCH (Malibu Beach Pump Station) between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. in order to inspect a valve. The area of the closure will be extended from the intersection of Malibu Canyon Road Eastbound for approximately 1,200 feet. No water outages to District customers or fire systems are anticipated.
