The Annual Fall Festival is tonight at the Dr. Richard H. Rioux Memorial Park. The annual festival, held on Halloween night, is co-Sponsored by Royal Oaks Foursquare Church and the Stevenson Ranch Community Association. It is designed to be a safe and fun event for children and their families to attend as a compliment to trick or treating. The festival includes games, activities and large bounces.
