Antonovich Offers $10,000 Reward for Information on Suspect(s) in Lancaster Shelter Shooting
Posted by admin under County of LA , CrimeSupervisor Michael D. Antonovich is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for shooting two shelter residents of the Catholic Charities Lancaster Homeless Shelter.
On Monday, August 27, 2007, at approximately 8:15 p.m., two shelter residents of the Catholic Charities Lancaster Homeless Shelter were injured in the crossfire of gang-to-gang violence, which took place in the vicinity of the 44600 block of Yucca Avenue in Lancaster.
The Lancaster Sheriff’s Station is seeking assistance from anyone who may have information that can aid in their investigation. Supervisor Antonovich encourages witnesses of this crime or anyone with information to contact Detective Zollo at (661) 940-3872 or (661) 948-COPS.
Supervisor Antonovich will introduce the reward motion at the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Supervisors on September 4, 2007.
