CitySeal.jpgThe City of Santa Clarita verified on Wednesday evening that they have in fact withdrawn the Hasley Hills, Live Oak, North Bluff and Valencia Commerce Center annexation application due to a technicality in the filing process. The City had submitted both an annexation application and an application to expand the City’s sphere of influence. According to LAFCO, the sphere of influence application must be considered and approved before the annexation application is processed. (more…)
