The following are some favorite non-wine Holiday cocktails you might want to consider for your New Year’s eve celebration. Enjoy!!

 Serrano Caipirinha (Created by Alex Straus, available at Beso)

4 Lime wedges

2 oz Cabana Cachaca

3/4 oz Simple syrup

3 slices Serrano Chiles

Served on the rocks

Merry-Mint Sambatini (available at all Sushi Samba locations on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day)

1.5 oz of Cabana Cachaca

.75 oz of Crème de Cacao Lite,

1 egg white,

5 oz of simple syrup,

1oz lime juice.

Shake well.

Stripe across the top of the glass a string of chocolate syrup.

Domaine de Canton Royale

½ to ¾ oz. Domaine de Canton

Splash of Amaretto

Top with Moet & Chandon Champagne

Serve in a champagne flute.

Chief Eddie’s aperitif Martini demanded by Eve

A shaker of Imperia vodka, leaving just enough room for

Some ice

And either a splash of Jewel of Russian Berry Infusion vodka or

A splash of Domaine de Canton (think candied ginger)

Depends on if we need a little sweetness in our day

Or a little spiciness for our night.
