While the focus of the video deals primarily with Frank Ferry and the G&L/Henry Mayo Office Building Expansion, it features clips from a variety of residents from all over the Santa Clarita Valley asking the same questions about failed planning and overdevelopment.

Mr. Gauny went on to say that, “David Gauny and Smart Growth SCV neither produced this video nor posted it online.  We have been asked to release it to the press and the public and, after reviewing hospital component to ensure it was based on fact, we agreed to do so – proudly!”
