Notification was given yesterday to approximately 20 employees at the Newhall Land and Farming headquarters on Valencia Blvd. in Santa Clarita according to a source at the company. This is the latest bad news as the national housing market continues a precipitous decline. Newhall Land is part of the Miami based national homebuilder Lennar.
