Saturday Hike to Lowe and Inspiration Point

On Saturday, October 11th, the Community Hiking Club will be trekking to Lowe and Inspiration Point. This is a terrific hike! On Monday I wrote a bit about the boneheaded move the City made to replace the diverters that were installed for a trial period with speed bumps at Benz Road. Since that posting I did a little more digging around about the speed bumps and who pays for them.
